Coaching Staff
Coach Hailey is excited to return for her second season as Head Coach of the Grandview Neptunes! A Grandview native, Hailey grew up swimming and has loved the sport ever since she first jumped into the pool at just 6 years old. She continued swimming competitively through the age of 16, developing a lifelong passion for the sport and the community that comes with it. Her favorite stroke is butterfly, a stroke she especially enjoys teaching and helping swimmers grow confident in.
In addition to coaching swim team, Hailey has experience providing private swim lessons and enjoys working with swimmers of all ages and ability levels. She strongly believes that being a great coach means meeting kids where they are, encouraging them, and helping them build skills and confidence step by step.
Last season, Hailey brought positive energy, patience, and enthusiasm to the Grandview Neptunes, and she is excited to continue building strong relationships with swimmers and families this summer. With her daughter joining the team last year, swim team has become even more special to her, and she is looking forward to another fun and successful season with the Neptunes!
