How Do I Sign My Swimmer Up for Events?
Before each swim meet, parents must select the events their swimmer would like to participate in through SwimTopia.
To Sign Up for Events:
- Log in to your SwimTopia account.
- Open the upcoming meet from the home page or meet schedule.
- Select Meet Entry or Edit Commitment.
- Confirm that your swimmer will be attending the meet.
- Choose the individual events your swimmer would like to swim.
- Save your selections before the event sign-up deadline.
Important Notes:
- Event sign-ups typically close at noon the day of the meet to allow coaches and officials time to prepare the meet entries and heat sheets.
- If your swimmer is not attending a meet, please mark them as Not Attending so coaches can plan accordingly.
- Coaches may adjust event assignments if necessary to comply with league rules, balance relay teams, or ensure swimmers are entered appropriately.
