Grandview Neptunes Swim Team

We’re excited to have your swimmer join the team! Below are steps on how to register your swimmer. The registration link to register can be found here or by clicking on the "Registration" link in the Home tab.

Step 1: Choose Your Payment Option

Payment Plan (3 payments totaling $150 per athlete):

• If you would like to split your registration into three payments, please use the 2026 Payment Plan Registration Option Application 
  • Your 2nd and 3rd payments can either be done in person or under the "Merchandise" tab
• Pay in Full ($150 per athlete):
  If you prefer to pay the full amount at once, please complete the regular 2026 Registration Application 

Step 2: Create or Log Into Your SwimTopia Account

All registrations are completed through SwimTopia.

• If you already have an account, simply log in.
• If you are new, you will need to create a SwimTopia account before registering your swimmer.

Step 3: Register Your Swimmer

Once logged in:

1. Select your swimmer(s)
2. Complete all required information
3. Choose your payment option 
4. Submit your registration

You will receive a confirmation once your registration is complete.
