The Neptunes are in the pool today 6:00-7:30pm!

Practice this week will be Monday through Thursday in the pool. Friday will be a dryland practice at the same 6:00-7:30pm time.

1. Please, please have your swimmer dressed for the pool. The dressing rooms are not open for use.

2. Please have your swimmer wear a mask when they enter the fence into the pool area. They will not wear a mask in the pool tank.

3. Please have your swimmer bring a filled water bottle for their own use.

4. Please pick up your swimmer on time, so Coach Tiffany doesn't have to wait us Neptune families to get there.
