Hello Grandview Neptunes Families,

Our team suit order has arrived!

If you ordered a team suit through our team order, your suit is ready for pickup, some of you were already able to pick them u today (yay!), we will have them at practice tomorrow. If you are unable to pick it up at practice, we will also have suits available for pickup at our first swim meet tomorrow night.

As we prepare for our first meet of the season, we have a few important reminders for all families, especially those who are new to swim team.

Meet Event Sign-Ups
Please log in to SwimTopia and sign your swimmer up for the events they would like to swim at Thursday's meet (If you need help on how to sign up click here for help). Event sign-ups close tomorrow at 12:00 PM (noon). This deadline allows our officials enough time to create the meet entries and build the swim meet heats. New swimmers are recommended to sign up for the following events only: Butterfly, Backstroke, and Freestyle.

Volunteer Sign-Ups
All families are also asked to sign up for a volunteer position in SwimTopia. Volunteer sign-ups will close tomorrow at 6:00 PM (more information here if needed).

Please note that when you sign up for a volunteer position, you are committing to cover that role for the duration of the meet. If you would like to switch out with another family member during the meet, that is perfectly acceptable. However, it is your responsibility to ensure the position remains covered by a volunteer at all times.

Swimmers: Please arrive to the pool no later than 6pm for warmups, thank you!
